Who is responsible for your information?
Target Padel Limited, trading as Target Sports, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16759883. Our registered office is 30–34 North Street, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 1DW, United Kingdom.
For privacy questions or requests, email marketing@targetsports.global. You can also write to our registered office or contact Philip Pereira at philip@targetsports.global.
Enquiries and consultations
Our website form collects your first and last name, email address, telephone number, enquiry topic and message. We also receive information you choose to send by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
We use enquiry information to answer questions, arrange consultations, discuss projects and prepare quotations. Our lawful basis for handling business enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and developing business relationships. Where you contact us as an individual to take steps towards a contract with you, we may instead rely on taking those steps at your request.
Website enquiry emails go to our directors, Philip Pereira and Jonathan (Jonny) Palling. Authorised team members may assist where necessary. The website sends these emails through our Microsoft 365 business email service using marketing@targetsports.global as the sender. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
You choose whether to contact us. We need enough information to understand your request and reply; if you do not provide it, we may be unable to help. If you prefer not to use the form, you can use the contact details above.
Website operation and email-delivery records
Operating the website involves technical information such as IP addresses, browser requests and information recorded for security, delivery and troubleshooting. Our hosting and technical-support providers may process that information and enquiry information when needed to operate or maintain the website.
The website also keeps a short-term record of emails it attempts to send, including the enquiry content, recipients and delivery status. These records help us check delivery and diagnose problems. Our lawful basis for these activities is our legitimate interest in running a reliable website, protecting it from misuse and maintaining business communications.
Google Analytics and website interactions
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. It can record pages viewed, how a visitor reached the site, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with website links and forms. We use these reports to assess website and marketing performance.
Interaction tracking distinguishes actions such as opening WhatsApp options, clicking through to a WhatsApp chat, clicking a telephone or email link, opening the consultation form, clicking Submit and successfully sending an enquiry. A link click does not tell us that a call took place or that an email or WhatsApp message was sent. A consultation-button click is not a confirmed booking.
We seek your consent for optional Analytics cookies and associated cookie-based measurement. You can refuse or withdraw that consent using the cookie controls. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, telephone number or enquiry message to Google Analytics.
Google Consent Mode adjusts measurement to your choices. When optional cookies are declined, Google may still receive limited signals without Analytics cookies and use them for aggregate performance modelling. Our purpose in using this limited measurement is to understand website performance. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from websites that use its services for further details.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Necessary cookies remember and communicate your cookie choices. Optional Analytics cookies help measure visits and interactions.
You can accept, reject or customise optional cookies in the banner. To change your choice later, use the Consent Preferences button on the website. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you using the website or sending an enquiry. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
- cookieyes-consent: remembers cookie choices for up to one year.
- wp_consent_*: communicates saved choices to compatible website tools; the configured duration is 30 days.
- _ga and _ga_4ME2SNPM3V: Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Their standard duration is up to two years and can be renewed on a later visit.
The cookie banner provides more information about the cookies listed there. We will review this notice and the cookie information before introducing Google Ads measurement, remarketing or other additional tracking.
Who handles your information?
Information is handled by authorised Target Sports personnel and service providers as needed for the purposes above. These include website-hosting, maintenance and backup providers, Microsoft 365 for business email, and Google for Analytics. Hosting and technical-support providers are described by the services they provide; contact us if you would like further details. We do not sell enquiry information.
Clicking a WhatsApp or social-media link takes you to an external service. If you then communicate with us there, that service also handles information under its own privacy notice. For WhatsApp, see WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
How long do we keep information?
Our retention policy is to delete or anonymise enquiries that do not become projects 12 months after the last contact. Information needed for an active project, a contract, a dispute or a legal obligation may be kept longer, for as long as that purpose or requirement applies. This policy requires management of records in business inboxes; the website does not automatically delete those inbox emails.
Website email-delivery logs are automatically deleted after 14 days. This does not delete copies already received in business inboxes. Necessary technical records and backup copies are retained according to their operational, security and recovery purpose.
Google Analytics is currently configured to retain detailed event data for two months and user-level and key-event data for 14 months. The user-identifier retention period resets when a visitor returns and generates new activity. Standard aggregated reports can remain available for longer. Cookie durations are listed above.
Processing outside the United Kingdom
Using international technology services can involve processing outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Google and Microsoft publish details of their international-processing arrangements. Their published safeguards include the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for eligible transfers and contractual safeguards where applicable.
For details, see Google’s data-transfer frameworks and Microsoft’s privacy statement. Contact marketing@targetsports.global to request information about the safeguards relevant to your information or how to obtain a copy.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restricted processing, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. For optional cookies, use Consent Preferences.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us your concern by emailing marketing@targetsports.global and we will consider your request.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. You may contact the ICO without contacting us first, although we welcome the opportunity to help resolve your concern.

We will review this notice when the website or our use of information changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
